Everybody's creating things. It's because we were made in the image of the great Creator Himself; God. Whenever you are writing a letter, preparing your favorite dish, or writing a song, you are creating something.
He's the God of peace. He created a peaceful environment for mankind.
It was a beautiful place called paradise. Adam and Eve had to rule the earth in the creative power given to them by God.
But they failed and God's peaceful environment was transformed into a gloomy place we now dwell in. Satan is tearing down all God created.
God had given mankind fruits to eat and He gave the animals green plants to eat.
“Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.
And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it—I give every green plant for food." And it was so.” Genesis 1:29-30
Now animals are devouring each other and so are we, spiritually and physically.
People hate each other and are killing one another. We also kill the animals to survive in this world. Peace is just an illusion.
But God has a solution for the problem; Jesus Christ.
He's the first born of a new creation that will populate the earth at some point in time. God is creating a whole new creation right here in our midst.
You might wonder how this is possible, since you are seeing no changes at all. It's because the changes are made spirituality. The Holy Spirit recreates mankind from the inside out.
He was there in the beginning of creation hovering over the waters.
Bringing into existence all that God called forth.
“Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.” Genesis 1:2
Once more the Holy Spirit is the creative force who renews the mind and spirit of people who accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
Then God will renew our bodies also by transforming them into celestial bodies that will never die. Even the Earth and the heavens will become new.
The animal world will also be peaceful again. They will eat plants like before and be as harmless as doves. A baby will play with a snake that used to be poisonous.
God fills His children with the Holy Spirit and He uses our bodies to bring the gospel all over the world. So we are helping God to create the new creation, isn't it wonderful!
Step into the creative business of the Holy Spirit and let God use you to create kingdoms of peace within the hearts of men.
